点评：Like a lot of the other 1 star reviews I fell for the strictly no refund policy. Bought a lovely outdoor garden furniture set (display model) last one apparently. Mike said he would discount it for me, I didn't realise there was 20-40% off new anyway.I also bought a cover for it £80. The next day the furniture was delivered by 2 brilliant members of staff who were very careful. The only problem was going to be the cover it looked like being very tight to get on I have Osteoarthritis, I took it back and asked for a refund, immediately the script was read out NO REFUNDS. Mike the managing director I spoke to must be desperate to keep the money , very sad. I'm taking this further he's relying on the little note on the till, nothing on the receipt. As the other 1 star reviews say make sure of your purchase or you get a credit note to make sure they keep your money! I will reply
