Having done a week of skiing in Poland earlier this year and absolutely loving it, I booked another ski trip for this winter and wanted to get some practice in first. I was feeling a little nervous, but I had a fantastic instructor in Sandi.
We quickly refreshed the basics and then progressed from there. Sandi is a brilliant teacher: kind, patient and generous with her time. She explained everything clearly, never assumed prior knowledge, and took care to work at my pace while still encouraging me to push myself and improve.
As an adult learning to ski, you don’t want to feel self-conscious or out of your depth, and Sandi has a real talent for building confidence alongside developing skills. I left the lesson feeling far more capable and excited about skiing again.
I would highly recommend private lessons at The Snow Centre, and I would absolutely recommend Sandi to anyone looking to learn or improve their skiing.
