Cooking at Home Thai Culinary School的点评
点评：Vasin and Pom are amazing hosts and owners who made our experience feel like we truly were Cooking at Home. My husband and I have taken many cooking classes on our travels, and this one definitely tops the list.
We had a great time shopping at the local market, learning about the various grades of rice and vegetables, and especially enjoyed the fresh coconut milk and cream.
Once back at the cooking school, we started our class with Vasin. Our dishes were simple to prepare and tasted fantastic, featuring just the right mix of spices and flavors.
We made Tom Yum Goon, Green Curry Chicken, Pad See Ew, and Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango. They were excellent. The class was fun, personal, educational and a wonderful experience.
Since we have been home from our vacation, we have had many nights recreating this wonderful experience of sharing their recipes and food with our family and friends.
If you are thinking of taking a cooking class while in Chiang Mai, this is certainly the one for you.
