点评：We took a 15-day private tour across five cities (Beijing, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Chaozhou, Guangzhou) as an older couple who needed a relaxed pace. The agent Ms. Kelly Wang, built the itinerary around that — electric carts, cable cars, and boat rides wherever heavy walking would otherwise be required.
Everything agreed upon held up exactly as promised: hotels, trains, domestic flights, and local guides all worked precisely as planned in all five cities. When a hiccup came up (a seat shortage on our Beijing–Xi'an train), Kelly resolved it quickly with a solid alternative, and she also helped us remotely with WeChat setup before we even landed. She also was there for us whenever needed throughout the entire trip
