Galena Trolley Tours的点评
点评：We took the 10 am trolley tour today, September 26, 2026. We arrived early and were waiting outside for them to open. There was a family of four waiting as well. They had two little boys with them.They seemed likely a nice family and the little boys were exploring as kids do. One of the boys was curiously looking inside a parked trolley. The trolley door was slightly ajar. The little boy stepped inside and stood on the inner bottom step. What happened next was unbelievable.
A employee of the trolley stand came storming out, yelling at the parents to "watch your kids!". He went on and on about how the child got the door open, and how they are liable for any accidents that may occur, etc. The point wasn't invalid, but the delivery couldn't have been more rude, and unnecessary in his approach. Both parents were very mature, and did not engage with this employee who embarrassed them in front of everyone. Neither parent made a scene and they continued on the tour, which I wouldn't have done.
A trolley company is supposed to promote tourism, sell the benefits of their city, and earn revenue for doing so. This person acted in the exact opposite manner, and blatantly disrespected the family patronizing the business. This family was either Middle Eastern or Indian. One can only wonder if his antics were tied to their skin color. I certainly wouldn't be surprised.
The company owes this family a public apology and so does the employee who treated them this way! What a poor representation of the town of Galena and the nice people who live here. This guy should be banned from the tourism industry. Clint was our tour guide and he was pretty good. I'd be horrified if this stooge actually gave tours. What a joke!!!

一家有轨电车公司理应促进旅游业发展、宣传本城市的优势，并借此赚取收入。但这个人的行为却完全背道而驰，还公然对光顾店铺的顾客一家表现出不尊重。那一家人看起来是中东或印度人。真让人怀疑他的恶劣举动是否与对方的肤色有关。如果真是这样，我一点也不会感到惊讶。这家公司理应向这个家庭公开道歉，那个如此对待他们的员工也同样应该道歉！这种行为简直是对加莱纳镇以及这里善良居民的严重抹黑。这个人应该被禁止从事旅游业。克林特是我们的导游，他相当不错。如果那个蠢货真的能带团 tour，那可就太可怕了。简直是个笑话！！！
