Horrible experience with NexusTours- stranded at airport

点评：I was referred to NexusTours by Royalton CHIC in Antigua and booked a private, prepaid car transfer from the airport to the resort. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple and stress-free arrival turned into an absolutely horrible experience.
When we arrived at the airport, we had to search for NexusTours representatives ourselves to find out where our scheduled transportation was. After showing them our voucher and proof of payment, the representatives were unable to locate our reservation or provide any information about our driver.
One representative contacted their Mexico-based head office through Teams to try to resolve the issue. After waiting for an hour, they still could not locate our driver or provide us with alternative transportation, despite the fact that we had a confirmed reservation and had already paid for the service.
We were ultimately left stranded in a foreign country and forced to find our own way to the resort, with no transportation, no immediate solution, and no refund. We were simply told that we would have to contact NexusTours ourselves to request a refund.
This was an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable way to begin our vacation. When you prepay for a private airport transfer, you expect the company to have your reservation, have a driver assigned, and—if something goes wrong—take responsibility and find an alternative solution.
Instead, we were left to figure it out on our own.
NexusTours, thank you for making what should have been the beginning of a relaxing vacation a stressful and horrible experience. We will never use your service again, and based on this experience, I would strongly think twice before trusting them with your airport transportation.
