Good mix of sculptures and gardens
River Tay Public Art Trail的点评
点评：This trail was one of the reasons I went to Perth for a weeks holiday, and I was not disappointed. The range of sculptures includes something for everyone's taste ranging from stonework to metalwork and representative to abstract.
The gardens through which half of the trail wanders are well worth a visit in their own right and provide a good setting for some of the sculptures.
As well as including one graveyard, the trail also passes Greyfriars burial ground which has some very old gravestones with their own sculptural interest.
If you are using the online map, then where you would turn right on South Street towards 23, continue along to Fletcher's Vennel where there is a series of plaques related to butchers. After passing through, turn right to re-join the route at 23.
There may be other 'Vennel' artworks added to Perth in the future.
