Explorium Ireland的点评
点评：We visited Explorium as a family and, unfortunately, our children were not able to take part in the climbing session because they did not meet the requirements. However, the staff were absolutely wonderful and did everything they could to make sure we still had a great experience.
A special thank you to Monika, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She kindly changed our tickets so that the children could attend the Junior session instead.
The Junior session was fantastic! The children had so much fun, really enjoyed all the activities, and were so happy throughout the day. Thanks to Monika’s kindness and excellent customer service, what could have been a disappointing experience turned into a really enjoyable family day.
We are very grateful to Monika for helping us and making our visit so special. Excellent service and a lovely experience overall. Thank you, Explorium! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
