Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood的点评
点评：I’m only giving three stars because the Hard Rock Live venue and valet were both really good.
As far as the hotel, however, the Front Desk Staff is kind of dismissive during check-in. The first room we were put in, smelled so badly of mildew that we both got instant headaches. When we tried to call the front desk, we learned that you cannot call the front desk from your room. And since the front desk is the only one who can handle room changes, you must walk all the way back downstairs to talk to them and stand in line again. Over the phone, we were only offered air freshener… for mildew!
The front desk person when we got back there, never said he was sorry for our troubles or offered anything to us. He walked away away for 5 to 10 minutes to “check on things.“ There was a gentleman walking around behind the desk who appeared to be a manager. He never stopped to ask us if we were having a there was a gentleman walking around behind the desk. He never stopped to ask us if we were having an issue or if there was anything he could do. He just seemed to lurk behind the front desk, people. Very weird! When the front desk person came back, he did provide us with a new room. When we got to the new room, it was not very clean. There were stains on the carpet and on the floor, it appeared as though the smoke detector had been ripped off the wall, and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser sponge was left in our room. This was not a $350 a night room! We were thoroughly disappointed in the room at this hotel. I wish I had gone to stay at a Hilton or one of the other hotels close by. The beds were very comfortable, though I will give them that.
So if you’re attending a show there, do yourself a favor and do not stay on their property.

所以，如果你要在那儿看演出，还是劝你别住在这家酒店里吧。
