Disappointing experience — safety and customer service need serious improvement

点评：I came to Soul Scuba Divers expecting a professional diving experience, but unfortunately the service did not meet my expectations. What concerned me most was the lack of attention to safety and customer needs.
Before the dive, I expected a proper briefing and equipment check, but the preparation felt rushed. I also had concerns about the equipment and raised them before entering the water, yet I did not feel that they were taken seriously. After the dive, the issue was not properly discussed or followed up.
I was also disappointed by the communication about additional costs. Some charges were not clearly explained to me when I initially booked, which made the final price feel very different from what I had expected.
Another issue was the attitude of some staff. Instead of feeling welcomed and supported as a paying customer, I sometimes felt that asking questions was treated as an inconvenience.
For a diving operation, I think safety, clear communication, professional guidance and respect for customers should come before everything else. Unfortunately, my experience did not give me confidence in those areas. I would strongly recommend clarifying all equipment, boat, photography and other additional charges in writing before booking, and making sure the safety procedures are clearly explained beforehand.
