点评：I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience honestly.
The biggest issue with this trip was that many of the things discussed and promised before payment were either not delivered as agreed or ended up being very different from what had originally been presented to us during the booking process. By the end of the trip, it genuinely felt like we had paid for a different level of experience than what we actually received.
Communication before payment was extremely responsive and reassuring, which gave us confidence to proceed. Unfortunately, once the trip started, several expectations that had been discussed beforehand were either changed, unclear, or not handled professionally.
What was most frustrating was the feeling that concerns were brushed aside rather than properly addressed. There always seemed to be a different explanation from what had initially been communicated.
Because of this experience, I would strongly encourage future travelers to make sure that proof of bookings or confirmations are requested where possible.
