Good day/night out but not up to the 5 stars that you see.
Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures的点评
点评：We did the Overnight tour from Broome via Derby on 4/9/26.
We were first pickup and bus was late, so then we were late all day. No time for a comfort stop at Willare as driver was under the pump. Same on way back to Broome. On the way they had water, fruit and snacks so that was good and not expected as you are on the move from 11am basically until dinnertime. Be good if you knew that though so you didn't bring as much water, etc with you.
Overall we enjoyed the day but there were many little things that could be improved in our opinion.
EG soft drink is NOT sodastream. When there are plenty of beer cans for sale.
I realise it's remote but surely a few soft drink cans could be provided.
The ONLY commentary we had on ingoing flight was a short spiel about Derby below - which I was on wrong side of plane for anyway. Totally understand, we have been to Derby before so no big issue.
On the way back I heard NO commentary. What I didn't know then, that I know now, is that my headset wasn't working. So they really need to do a headset check before takeoff. This is a once in a lifetime experience so that was disappointing.
And viewing photos here where people were right above falls, whereas we were not, all my photos are from a distance where you can't see that actual falls gaps.
The girls on board were good, the food was good, room was good.
They DO provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash so IF they told you that it would reduce what you had to pack.
We also had smoke haze clouding our views.
On both boat trips the driver was making it out to be rougher and more exciting that it really was. Partner was at the back so saw what he was doing.
EG dropping revs, then speeding up, throwing the boat around, doing figure 8's and smashing through it's own wake repeatedly. NOT exciting and not comfortable. We are early 50's and nearly everyone older than us. It is NOT MEANT to be a thrill seeking jet boat road.
Anyway we are glad we did it but it did not live up to the hype and great reviews and it is a lot of money for little cumulative things to detract from the experience.

关于去程航班，唯一的讲解内容只是简短介绍了下面的德比城——不过我当时正好坐在飞机的另一侧，根本看不到。我完全理解，毕竟我们之前也去过德比，所以也没什么大碍。
返程时，则完全没有任何讲解内容。当时我不知道、但现在明白的是：我的耳机根本无法使用。所以他们真的需要在起飞前检查耳机。这是一生只有一次的体验，因此挺令人失望的。
在这里看到的照片里，其他人都站在瀑布正上方，而我们并没有；我的所有照片都是从远处拍摄的，根本看不到瀑布的全貌。
飞机上的空姐们很不错，食物也很好吃，舱内环境也挺好。
他们确实提供了洗发水。有护发素和沐浴露，所以如果他们跟你说这样能减少需要携带的物品数量，倒也确实如此。
我们还遇到了烟雾弥漫的情况，视线都变得模糊不清。
两次乘船体验中，船夫都把航行状况描述得比实际更颠簸、更刺激。我的伴侣坐在船尾，所以能看到他的所作所为。
比如他突然降速，接着又加速；让船身随意转向；画着“8”字形轨迹行驶；还反复冲破船尾激起的浪花。这既不刺激也不舒服。我们五十出头，而船上几乎所有人都比我们年长。这条路线并非专为寻求刺激的人设计的喷气船路线。
不管怎样，我们很高兴自己体验了一次，但它并未达到那些夸赞之词和好评所描绘的水平。而且为了这些微不足道的细节就要花费大量金钱，实在有损整体体验。
