Erik Garcia Conchal Beach的点评
点评：We booked an excursion through Erik Garcia prior to our arrival at the Westin Reserva Conchal. Erik was super responsive and offered lots of pictures, videos and suggestions for what our family should do on the excursion. His colleague arrived ahead of our scheduled pickup in a large, nice van with plenty of space for our family of 4. We had some delays in leaving the resort for our excursion (our fault), and our tour guide, Abel, was so flexible and accommodating. Due to the timing delay and rain coming in the afternoon, Abel got to know our family personally and suggested we pivot our schedule for the day and recommended specific activities for us to do based on our preferences and timing. We ended up doing horseback riding, river tubing and ziplining, and it was SO incredibly fun! We had the absolute best time. We really enjoyed the entire experience being private with just our family. It felt very personal and VIP. Abel was such an amazing tour guide and so incredibly friendly. He told us all about Costa Rica in general, answered any and all questions we had and even did some of the activities with us, which was so fun and nice! At the end of our tour, we felt like we had made a new friend. Erik followed up with us after the excursion to ensure everything went well, and I even met him in person on the beach at our resort. I would highly recommend that you book an excursion through Erik if you are traveling to Costa Rica! You won't regret it.
