Disappointed. Chaos and incompetence. Would not recommend.

点评：My son bought me cream tea for two for my birthday. The service in the cafe was slow and I was kept waiting ages as they missed out my order. From there it got worse. The train wasn't a steam train and there was no red carpet as promised, not that I wanted one, but don't make promises you can't keep. On getting on board the attendant said there was confusion over which table was booked for us. We were then shown through several train carriages only to be told that table wasn't free so we had to go back . The train then started moving and was 25 minutes later than scheduled and I had to walk back through more carriages further up the train to eventually be shown a table. I recently had replacement hip surgery so to walk that far on a moving train was a challenge to say the least. Especially annoying when they knew there was a problem with their table bookings. Absolutely ruined my birthday treat.
