点评：We enjoyed a memorable wine-tasting experience at the Fenech Winery (Fenech Azienda Agricola Biologica) in Malfa during our week-long stay on Salina on the last leg of a five week visit to Sicily. The winery is located just a few minutes walk down the road from Principe di Salina where we were staying and the hotel kindly arranged for our visit. The highlight of our experience (there were two couples in our group) was undoubtedly meeting owner Francesco Fenech who as our colourful host filled us in on his family history and introduced us to and poured generous tastings of at least six delightful Fenech wines and liquors. He also served a very nice Aeolian salad and various spreads which we enjoyed on delicious local bread. All this while gathered at a rustic table at the front of a working winery! When we left several hours later we felt that we had tasted not just great local wine and food but also a heaping serving of local history and culture. We highly recommend this reasonably priced wine-tasting experience when you are in Salina!
