点评：We tried to book for 80 golfers to play four to six rounds of golf each, a couple of nice catered lunches, and stay at their hotel for five nights but unfortunately they wouldn't take our booking. After talking with a representative once, and getting the prices laid out for the entire trip, we were all ready to make Big Cedar our next golf trip destination. A few weeks later we spoke to the representative again and the strangest thing happened. They let us know that because we were bringing more people and spending more money that they needed to actually make us spend even more money. They said they would no longer offer us the price they quoted us, the same price everybody else pays, and that we would need to find a way to spend an additional $1100 per day per hotel room. This $1100 could be spent on spa treatments, or rentals, or fancy extra catering, or whatever, but they would need an additional $1100 per day per room. That equated to an extra $2500 per guy for the long weekend. I book a ton of golf trips and have never come across anything like this. I get that business is good and they're trying to maximize anything they can (they will get less money without our group there) but be straight up about what you're doing. Raise the cost of the hotel rooms, note the policies on the website, and definitely don't quote us one price then come back later with another one after we've started making plans. They lost out on 80 great guys who would have golfed for five days, many of which who would have re-rounded, all of which who would have eaten every meal on their property, many of which would have rented boats, and all the rest. The worst part was the lack of empathy or care from the person changing their policies mid-round. Customer service at it's worst!!
