Toledo Police Museum的点评
点评：After visiting the National Museum of the Great Lakes, and the Toledo Fire Fighters Museum, we had to visit the Toledo Police Museum as well.
This is a smaller, self guided museum and a few vehicles to see. The real attraction is the timeline for TPD from the mid 1850's to today around the outer walls. Plenty of information on significant events and how technology changed over the years for Policing.
Somberly, there is a display memorializing the officers who have given their lives in the line of duty over the decades. The display gives the events leading up to the loss of each life. We were surprised to see that one such event occurred directly across the street from a house we once lived in (the even happened many years before we lived there).
There is a volunteer staff member on site to answer questions and was very helpful.
