点评：Justfly failed to cancel my reservation on requested. When I wanted to reschedule they also misled me by saying that there’s “no rush” when in fact time, time was of the absolute essence. It had to be taken care of before the original flight took off..They told me this after the fact. Just to add insult to injury they additionally said that I had not followed the necessary steps to cancel my flight, which they had conveniently neglected to inform me of until after the fact again. They even admitted through text messages that the confusion was caused by them. That being said, no compensation of any sort was offered. I wasn’t looking for a refund. I wasn’t looking for credit. I was looking to just reschedule my flight and they stole my airfare. Never use this third rate third party scam outfit
Don’t take my word for it. Read the other reviews. It’s like a litany of absolute misery and torture. Somebody put these guys out of business. Pull the plug.
