点评：A definite must‑visit if you’re into whisky. The tour begins with an immersive look into the history of Scotch and how Glencadam has been quietly producing whisky for over 200 years. My mates and I were shown around by Brian Townsend, whose calm, unhurried style made the experience incredibly enjoyable. He walked us through every intricacy of Glencadam’s process — and only later did we discover he’s actually the author of Scotch Missed: The Lost Distilleries of Scotland. His depth of knowledge and genuine enthusiasm meant every question was answered with real insight.
After exploring the distillery and warehouse, we enjoyed a tasting of three drams — all approachable, well‑balanced, and full of character. We then headed to the café for some excellent coffee and a delicious slice of Victoria sponge.
