点评：Called in on the off chance of afternoon tea. There was if we came back later which we did. Once sat down it took -45 mins and half a pot of tea (only half because the other half was full of tea leaves!!!!) to arrive. As afternoon teas go it was the very basic. Sandwiches which were fresh, two warm scones and two small plain scones with two mini outs of jam and I ramekin of semi clotted cream. One shop bought sponge cake cut in half and one shop bought treacle???fudge??? Tart. To be honest it was so tasteless it could have been anything. Two mini pannacotta glasses and that was it!!! This was touted s as one of the best in Buxton!!! I don’t think the person who wrote the blurb regarding this experience had actually tasted it. I’m afraid to say we’re not recommending it. The young girls apologising for lateness etc were nice but it should be the managers apologising!!!
