lovely food surroundings poor service !

点评：went to lunch on Sunday looking forward to the experience as recommended by friend , food and restaurant good but service terrible asked to have drink outside as sunny day and we where 20minutes early for table , reluctantly agreed as told table ready sat outside enjoying the lovely patio area but after drinks provided just left had to go into restaurant to ask to order.
on eating meal had to request refill for water three times twice to same person
finished main course when asked if we would like desert said yes but could we have on patio told no as against policy accepted and ordered
5 minutes later the same member of staff served a customer drinks on the patio
when questioned he went into denial mode saying drinks where ok but not food
so we could have coffee but not a desert !
on receiving the bill with service charge we paid £6 less
on leaving restaurant we where stopped and informed we had made a short payment of £6 and this needs paying ! explained why the under payment and was told either we could pay the full service charge or none at all we chose to do neither
thoroughly unprofessional and embarrassing

翻译：周日我去吃午饭，之前听朋友推荐，所以满怀期待。食物和餐厅环境都不错，但服务糟糕透顶。因为天气晴朗，我们又提前20分钟到达，便请求能否在室外用餐。服务员勉强同意了，说座位已经备好。我们坐在室外迷人的露台上，喝着饮料，享受着美好时光。然而喝完饮料后，服务员竟直接离开了。我们只好进到餐厅里去点餐。用餐时，我不得不三次请求添水，其中两次是向同一个人请求的。
主菜吃完后，我们被问及是否要甜点；我们答应的确想吃，并询问能否在户外露台上享用，对方却以违反规定为由予以拒绝。我们只好接受并点了其他食物。
五分钟后，同一位工作人员竟在露台上为另一位顾客送上了饮料。
当我们提出质疑时，他立刻否认，坚称只提供饮料而并不提供食物。
也就是说，我们可以喝咖啡，却不能吃甜点！收到包含服务费的账单后，我们发现自己少付了6英镑。
离开餐厅时，我们被拦下并被告知少付了6英镑的服务费，必须补上！我们解释了少付的原因，对方则表示我们可以选择全额支付服务费，也可以一分都不付；我们最终选择两者都不做。
极其不专业且令人尴尬。
