点评：Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
Before our visit, we contacted the beach through their page and received confirmation for a set of sun loungers in the FIRST ROW. Their message also specifically stated that we should arrive by 11:00 AM, which we did.
When my friend and I arrived, we took the reserved loungers. Shortly afterwards, two girls came and claimed that the loungers were reserved for their group. Several waiters then came over and insisted that we move to the second row. I showed them the message confirming our reservation, but they simply ignored it and told us that they “didn’t know who manages their page.”
Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, they were rude and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. One waiter even came back asking, “You still haven’t moved?”
At that point, we decided to leave the beach altogether and go somewhere else.
If you cannot honor a reservation that you have personally confirmed, and cannot treat your guests with basic professionalism and courtesy, then you should not offer reservations.
