Disappointing Experience after all the fuss.

点评：Terrible service from start to finish. Despite having four staff members on duty, three were just sitting by the outdoor bar counter smoking while a single waitress tried to handle the entire crowd, forcing patrons to get up just to order drinks.
To make matters worse, they seated us directly between two tables of heavy smokers—despite having 15 to 20 other tables completely open. The waitress was unapproachable and unhelpful; when we asked about an unfamiliar drink, she simply nodded without explaining that it was just harsh alcohol mixed with water. When we called her back to exchange it for a glass of wine, she just nodded again.
To top it all off, they not only charged us for the unwanted drink we never consumed, but did nothing about it. The entire staff looked miserable, as if they were being forced to work against their will. An utterly disappointing experience.
