Wonderful room, not a wonderful experience

点评：We had a one bedroom villa which was really lovely. Peaceful and away from the main hotel.
Although the food was good, they couldn’t cater to my dietary request. Every time I ate I asked the question and they said yes they would make a special meal for me but they didn’t…this was persistent over the several days we stayed there, so I was somewhat disappointed.
Even though we ordered the car service to and from the airport there was not a meet and greet from within the airport unlike the Taj Bengal. We were told by the front desk lady (I think she was a manager) that we’d be taken to checkin in as we had a lot of luggage, but this wasn’t true.
The club lounge food was good but on a very small scale. However the cocktails were excellent…the young bartender was so excited to try out his new inventions on us and we happily agreed and thoroughly enjoyed.
Breakfast was chaos..loads of families with children which I love but not when they’re running around the restaurant unchecked. With the maids chasing them to hand feed them and the parents ignoring their bad behaviour. So we opted to have our breakfast at the club lounge.
Thanks to Roshan from the front desk, probably the only staff member who when we requested something made it possible .

俱乐部酒廊提供的食物不错，不过种类相当有限。不过鸡尾酒则非常出色……那位年轻的调酒师急切地想向我们展示他新研发的配方，我们欣然同意并尽情享受了这些美味饮品。早餐时间简直一片混乱……有很多带孩子的家庭，我其实很喜欢这样的氛围，但孩子们在餐厅里肆意乱跑就实在让人头疼了。服务员们忙着追着他们喂饭，而家长们则对孩子的不良行为置若罔闻。于是我们决定去俱乐部休息室享用早餐。
多亏了前台的罗尚——他大概是唯一一个在我们提出请求后能切实帮上忙的员工吧。
还有休息室的厨师库纳尔，以及负责出租车服务的前台员工钱丹和马杜尔。
