点评:We took a trip to Pinnacles National Park in late September 2026. Each time I visit a National Park (and we have been to thirty one), I find myself thankful that someone had the foresight to save such beauty so that all Americans through the generations will have an opportunity to enjoy it, that they were willing to take the steps necessary to protect it from the oil drillers and those who would use it for their own selfish benefit. That said, this park is divided in two parts which are not directly connected, and we had only enough time to visit the side without the caves and extensive hiking. What I saw, I found to be beautiful and the drive from San Juan to be well worth while. There was ample hiking available and at the end of the road, there was a good size rest area and restrooms. The hike from the alternate ranger station was very easy and provided a great view of the valley and Pinnacles. I certainly would like to see the other side some day.
