点评：They are withholding my €3,000 deposit while falsely alleging that I caused damage. The photos show the condition of the van before I rented it.
This is extremely disappointing and shameful. After reading other reviews, it appears I may not be the only customer who has had a deposit unfairly withheld.
If this has happened to you, please contact me. I know a reputable attorney in Sofia who may be able to evaluate the situation and potentially pursue legal action. If several customers have experienced the same issue, a coordinated case could help demonstrate a pattern of conduct.
