点评:We visited on a quiet weekday in August, when many families were presumably away, so the centre was relaxed and fairly empty.
What annoyed me was that barely five minutes after our 90-minute session ended, several staff members began repeatedly hounding us to leave. We hadn’t even spent the full 90 minutes using the activities, as we had been in the upstairs restaurant for at least 20 minutes. Given how quiet the centre was, it all felt rather unnecessary.
One of my children had also misplaced a sock after leaving it near the lockers. When I asked at reception, I was surprised to be told there was no lost-property box. On a hunch, I checked the rubbish bin near the lockers, and sure enough, the sock had been thrown away. Thankfully, I found it, but why is there no lost-property box for items left behind?
More disappointingly, the online promotional videos show several activities my children had specifically noticed and were looking forward to trying. When I asked about them, I was told they had been removed or replaced because of “injuries” and other issues. If those activities are no longer available, why are they still being advertised on the website? They were part of the reason we chose to visit.
Still, there was plenty of parking.
