点评：The Rail Explorers experience was impressive from the start! The starting point is an adorable depot with plenty of adirondack chairs and fire pits for a cozy wait for the tour to begin. The very welcoming and energetic staff gave clear instructions - there is absolutely minimal to no effort needed to pedal the rail cars, which was a tiny concern of mine. Scenery was beautiful on the cool crisp day we went. The halfway stop (turn-around point) was also set with a deck and adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying a snack while the staff reverse the rail cars for the return trip. Basics: plenty of parking, clean restrooms, arrive early for check-in and time at the many photo-ops. All in all, a very peaceful trip through beautiful woods alongside Esopus Creek. We were sorry when it ended!
