Stay away from Nyasi Adventure and George. This was the worst travel experience my family has ever had.
We paid George US$950 for our stay at Serval Wildlife. Later, we discovered that he had paid only US$400 to the property, which meant our booking was never fully confirmed. Despite knowing there was a problem, he failed to inform us before we travelled to Arusha.
Instead of providing the accommodation we had paid for, he unilaterally shifted us to a hotel worth around US$200 without our knowledge or consent. This was completely unacceptable and felt like a serious betrayal of our trust.
To make matters worse, my family and I were left stranded at the Namanga border for nearly two hours, desperately trying to resolve a problem that George had created. Only after a lengthy confrontation did he finally arrange another hotel.
His lack of honesty, transparency, communication, and professionalism completely ruined this part of our holiday. We felt deceived and taken advantage of after paying in full for a premium experience that was never delivered.
In my opinion, this was an appalling and deeply unethical way to treat customers. If you value your money, your time, and your family's holiday, avoid Nyasi Adventure and George. Verify every hotel booking directly with the property before paying, because our experience was a complete nightmare.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
