点评：First thing is they hit you for $18.75 parking. It took half an hour to pay for parking because my phone (and others) couldn't recognize the QR code and the remaining instructions are confusing, even to the friendly policeman who tried to help. Step across the street and we paid $51.90 for two adult admissions, no senior discount. It was Sunday afternoon and the park was very crowded. We walked a bit and decided to have lunch at Restaurant Degolyer in the park. After a not-so-bad 20 minute wait, we snagged a nice table outside overlooking White Rock Lake. It took 20 minutes to order. After more than an hour, our food had not arrived and neither had the food for the party that arrived before us. The server apologized and provided free humms and celery, but by quarter past three, we got up and walked out. We strolled the grounds a bit. They are beautiful, then made our way directly across the street to the Smoky Rose BBQ where we ordered in 5 minutes and were eating 10 minutes later. The place was beautiful, crowded, and grossly overpriced in my opinion.
