点评：My date and I went to reserve a tea event for 1:30 PM, but we were told after the fact that the only tea service was at 11:00 AM during the summer. Evidently, this is such a common issue that the staff, and honestly bless them for their patience and understanding and general kind manner, had to explain exactly what had happened and how the high tea actually worked and when. When the workers on-site are so attuned to this issue that they know how to handle it with utmost grace and patience, you know that something must be done about the reservation process.
Still, the atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious and had yummy surprises inside, and we didn't leave sad. Shoutout to Hugo, who was incredibly attentive and ready to roll with whatever punches the day threw at him. He was great. Still wish we'd had high tea, though...
