Batam has so many spa options. Do NOT go for this one!

点评：Booked a full-day spa (6hr) with add-ons (full body massage, head and back, body scrub, facial, express mani, spa pedi, reflexology).
1 therapist was assigned to me for the entire treatment. Half way into my spa, I got more tired than before I came in. I had to climb up and down different levels for my treatment.
I would think that the therapist was tired from serving customers but my friends and I were the 1st batch of people to get our treatment done. The treatments I received from my therapist felt like it was done by someone who's been on her toe and fingers the entire day.
We furnished payment even before our treatments started. And when my therapist failed to complete 2 of my treatments, they refused to refund any portion of it at all. Instead, offered a free reflexology on my next trip. Why would I return to this place if I ever come to Batam again? So, I felt cheated and I was actually very upset because this was the 1 thing I was looking forward to after months of preparing for this trip.
Because of work and family, I don't have the luxury of time to travel as and when I please or need to. The fact that my spa booking was royally screwed up by their therapist and manager, my trip become a rather depressing experience for me.
