点评：Our tour got off to a bad start when I asked the guide (Steph) a straightforward question and got a very passive aggressive reply. No idea why. Maybe she was having a bad day. The other NML staff member (Paul?) was much more pleasant and approachable. It's great that the tour is free but with about 25 people in our group the space was crowded and getting around was a bit tricky, as was seeing the info boards and artefacts. Sad to see litter on the floor of the dock and plastic bin bags messily covering some of this historic structure. The free postcards was a nice touch and I would suggest a maximum group size of 20. Also, the structure should be respected and better presented without litter or bin bags detracting from the experience. Liverpool's Old Dock's history is fascinating and the tour is worth an hour of your time. Just watch out if Steph's in a bad mood!
