点评:I was there for a visit today, 5/15/2026 at 3:04 p.m. When I approached the ticket counter I was absolutely ignored by Pam. Pam was busy holding a conversation with another employee. Pam ignored me so intentionally that I assumed I was at the wrong cash register. I made eye contact with another employee and she motioned to Pam and the other employee that I needed assistance. Pam did not greet me at all but she sold me the tickets. Pam did not ask me if I was taking the boat ride and I did not know that I needed to inform her of this so I showed up without a yellow wristband or a ticket for the boat ride.
The sculpture park was wonderful and the staff there was professional and courteous.
Y'all need to talk to Pam. I do not enjoy being ignored. When Pam sees a paying customer she needs to mute her conversation with her coworkers, greet the customer and handle business. Unless, of course ,you're paying Pam to chat with her coworkers while ignoring customers.
