点评：Throughout our entire holiday, the absolute best thing we did was did meet Komang Suantara from Scooby Tours—and he is the reason our trip became unforgettable.
My parents and I landed in Bali and met Komang the very next day. From day one, he was amazing—his English is excellent, and he is incredibly helpful and polite. What truly touched our hearts was his care for my father, who has limited mobility. Komang was so patient, gentle, and attentive when helping him move around. He even stayed behind to hang out and keep my dad company when the excursions weren't accessible for him, which was the sweetest, most genuine gesture.
Komang didn't just drive us around; he shared the rich Balinese culture, took us to incredible local food spots, and accommodated every single need without hesitation. The tours were great, but they were spectacular because Komang was with us every step of the way.
By the time our 10 days came to an end, he stopped feeling like a tour guide altogether. We had bonded so deeply that we left Bali having basically become family. He was so respectful and gracious to my parents that they now call him "son," and I call him "brother." We didn't just gain a friend on this trip; we gained a lifelong family member.
Because of him, my parents—especially my dad—are already planning their next trip back. If you are booking a trip to Bali, do yourself a huge favor and request Komang Suantara from Scooby Tours.
