点评：Tantallon Castle is an impressive and fascinating place to visit. Even in its ruined state, you can easily appreciate how magnificent this fortress must once have been. Perched dramatically on top of a stunning cliff overlooking the sea, the setting is simply breathtaking and makes the visit unforgettable. I think around an hour is an average time for the visit.
The staff at the entrance were extremely kind and welcoming, making for a great first impression. There is also a simple but pleasant visitor centre with a small gift shop and clean facilities, which has everything you need for a comfortable visit.
The admission prices are fair, especially considering the spectacular location and the opportunity to explore such an impressive site at your own pace.
A highly recommended stop for anyone interested in history, castles, or simply enjoying a beautiful coastal scenery in Scotland.
