Extremely disappointing customer service.

点评：I contacted this company because I was genuinely interested in booking a private boat with a skipper. I asked a few simple questions about the boat and the itinerary before making a reservation, questions that any paying customer would reasonably ask.
Instead of receiving courteous and professional answers, I was met with short, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude responses. It felt as though they were doing me a favor rather than trying to provide a service to a customer.
Good boats can be found in many places, but professionalism and respect are what set a company apart. Unfortunately, this company failed completely in that regard.
If this is the level of customer service they provide before receiving payment, I can only imagine what the experience would be like afterward. Because of the way I was treated, I chose to book with another company instead.
I cannot recommend this business based on my experience, i would recommend to stay aways from this company!
