Disappointing and Unsafe Experience at Bluewater Gravity

Very disappointing experience at Bluewater Gravity. There appeared to be far too few staff around, and you could barely see anyone supervising the trampoline area.
The toilets were particularly concerning. They were disgusting and clearly not being maintained properly. The male and female toilets were dirty, with toilet paper and other rubbish left around. One toilet door had actually come off its hinges and was left leaning against the cubicle wall. This could easily be moved accidentally by a child and potentially cause an injury.
We raised the issue with staff and were told that the toilets are cleaned regularly. However, more than an hour later there was still no noticeable improvement. That clearly does not look like regular or effective cleaning, especially in a busy children's facility.
The lack of visible supervision and the poor condition of the toilets are both unacceptable when the main customers are children. I would strongly suggest that management review the staffing levels, supervision and cleaning procedures before someone gets hurt.
