Meikleour Village Hall & Institute的点评
点评：Meikleour Village Hall
We first visited Meikleour Village Hall during a village fair and immediately thought what a wonderful wedding venue it would be. Set in a quiet, picturesque village in the heart of Perthshire, it is located less than two miles from the beautiful Kinclaven Church.
Dating back to the early 1930s, the hall features a distinctive Arts and Crafts design. Both the main hall and smaller hall have elegant arched roofs, with the smaller hall boasting a stunning exposed timber-beamed ceiling. The two spaces are connected by a cosy reading room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The venue benefits from excellent natural light, and on sunny days the beautiful coloured glass windows in the main hall cast a breathtaking display of warm colours across the space.
Beyond its character and charm, the venue is also highly practical, offering ample on-site parking and easy access to accommodation and dining at the Meikleour Arms Hotel & Restaurant, just a five-minute walk away.
Having our wedding ceremony at Kinclaven Church followed by our reception at Meikleour Village Hall made for a truly magical day. The short journey between the two venues allowed everything to run smoothly, while the hall provided the perfect intimate setting in which to celebrate with our family and friends. We had a wonderful wedding and could not recommend either venue more highly.
A special thank you to Nikki for all her help in organising the hall. She was always there to support us, answer our questions, and ensure everything came together perfectly, helping to make our day even more special.
