点评：We booked with Bamboo Ecotours for the Rwanda leg of our trip to Africa, visiting the gorillas and golden monkeys. I prefer to book with local operators and had contacted several in Uganda and Rwanda when planning the trip. Edison at Bamboo Ecotours stood out as he was so responsive, with reasonable pricing and payment terms compared with other operators. He was very patient as I considered my accommodation and tour options and provided a number of quotes. Once booked, Edison provided the necessary details so we were reassured that all arrangements were in place. We were met at our hotel in Kigali by Brian - our driver for the trip and a former gorilla ranger himself. Brian was the perfect choice, an excellent, safe driver, knowledgeable about gorilla trekking and Rwanda and was at all times pleasant and punctual. This was a bucket list holiday for us and we were especially grateful that Brian liaised with the park rangers in advance to ensure we were assigned a gorilla group that accommodated our needs. As a result, our gorilla trekking was amazing - physically manageable but with enough adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Rwanda and would have no hesitation in recommending Bamboo Ecotours and Brian.
