点评：Although I find the scooter easy to use and meets all needs, it’s the back- up customer service that appears to be suffering from guarantees. The extremely expensive battery, over four hundred pounds is included within the whole warranty for a year from receipt. However outside this warranty a so called replaced new battery is not covered by any warranty certificate at all? and according to their spokesman “we do not give a certificate covering the warranty” is questionable especially over the price??
The battery in my scooter failed , a few weeks outside the FULL WARRANTY of the scooter, the replacement by their engineer who visited to inspect then as he stated replaced the battery which, on inspection was not replaced but the original battery was put back in. The engineer then left without comment? No reason or explanation. So please be careful when purchasing from this supplier.
