点评：Our experience with “Chappo” from Blue Mountains Tours was excellent. From the moment he picked us up from our hotel (before 6:30 am), he was friendly, personable, and full of positive energy. We enjoyed his knowledgeable stories about Australian history and local legends. He made an extra effort to engage our kids and to help them feel included throughout the day. My daughter and I are both scared of heights and we were nervous about the activities at Scenic World. He was encouraging and made us laugh about our fears, and, before we knew it, we were right there participating. It was a freezing cold day and the jacket I had brought along wasn’t very warm. Chappo insisted that I wear his own personal jacket and he went without. He was thoughtful and funny and interesting with every detail and our entire group was all smiles all day long. From what we’ve seen, Blue Mountains Tours isn’t the cheapest option…but we’d go with them again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend. You get what you pay for.
