点评：The activity in question cost approximately €230 per person and did not meet the standards of the service contracted, nor did it meet the level of quality that could reasonably be expected for this type of tourist service.
The service provided was clearly below the standard associated with the activity, with a low altitude offering little opportunity to enjoy the scenery, a limited route and an overall experience falling short of what is usually provided on this type of flight.
We were subsequently informed that the flight lasted approximately 37 minutes and reached an altitude of around 617 metres. Nevertheless, such technical details are not, in themselves, sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the expected standard of quality; the relevant assessment is the experience actually provided to the consumer.
The pilot speaking in an aggressive, unempathetic manner and failing to explain what was happening. The English was terrible!!!
