Not very friendly staff towards kids

点评：Me and my 2 kids went today as they were looking forward to go. After 30minutes of my kids playing they were told to get off making my kids very upset. Coming to me sit up the top. I went down to find out what happened to be aggressively told as they have purple ban. I try to explain to the staff member that we've been in for 30minutes. They said it must be an error. I said that’s fine however the “error” has had a knock on effect and making my kids upset. They said they can go back in and play however as my oldest was very upset she refused to go back. My oldest said she wasn’t spoken to in a nice manner and for a place to be a play area for kids I find this disturbing. I asked to speak to the manager who said I was shouting. I said it’s a loud environment however I’m just trying to resolve this and find out with staff are telling kids to leave within 30minutes. No apologies giving, and they asked to speak to my oldest which I thought was strange. I did get a full refund however I’d like to highlight my review and full experience. I feel the stay aren’t child friendly after our experience. The staff have to consider how children think and feel once they’re told something.
翻译：今天，我和两个孩子一起去的，因为他们一直盼着能去。孩子们玩了30分钟后，却被要求离开，这让他们非常难过。随后我上楼去找工作人员。我下楼后想弄清楚到底发生了什么，结果却被粗暴地告知我们持有紫色禁令。我试着向工作人员解释，我们已经在这里待了30分钟了。他们说这肯定是个误会。我说没关系，但这个“误会”却产生了连锁反应，让我的孩子们心烦意乱。他们说我们可以再进去玩，但我的大女儿非常难过，坚决不肯回去。大女儿说工作人员说话的态度很不好。对于一个本应作为儿童游乐区的地方来说，这种情况实在令人担忧。我要求与经理谈话，可他却说我在大喊大叫。我说这里本来就是个嘈杂的环境，但我只是想把事情解决掉，弄清楚到底是谁在要求孩子们30分钟内离开。整个过程中，他们连一句道歉都没有。他们要求与我的大孩子谈话，我觉得这很奇怪。不过我确实获得了全额退款，但我想分享一下我的整体体验与感受。经历了这次之后，我觉得这家住宿场所并不适合带小孩。工作人员应当考虑一下，当孩子们听到某些话时，他们的想法和感受会是怎样的。
