点评：Attended on 25th August. Kids supposed to swim free in holidays but paid £16 for an adult , a 4 year old and a baby. Receptionists didn’t promote or offer the free swimming for kids or promote Dudley borough’s offer. Receptionists were quite rude. Changing rooms were a health hazard and stunk of urine, smell was overpowering ( raised to receptionists upon leaving ) but they didn’t really care. Pool water was freezing, baby was dithering the entire time needed to get out of float for body heat. Changing rooms still stunk of urine upon leaving snowing it wasn’t an isolated incident. Wave machine was also out of use the entire session. Raised to centre manager who didn’t care and who’s response is inconsistent ( one example being he said the free session wasn’t part of the wave sessions but the wave machine was out of use anyway ) . Was going to join swimming lessons here but will avoid at all costs from now on.
