点评：A great spot for a solo breakfast. I grabbed a croissant and coffee at the Vidé around the corner, then settled on one of the jetty benches to watch the morning unfold. The sound of water lapping in the harbour, the sight of fish just below the surface, and people out on SUPs, kayaking and canoeing — it all adds up to that rare, unhurried coastal town feeling that makes the drive completely worth it.
Entry is free, and an hour over breakfast is the perfect way to ease into it. That said, if you factor in the museums around the jetty, you could easily spend much longer. The square also has lovely coffee shops and restaurants worth exploring if you're after something more sit-down.
It draws crowds on weekends, but is wonderfully quiet on weekdays out of season.
