Another perfect week of exploring the stunning Brecon Monmouth canal

点评：Our second holiday with Beacon Park Boats as we loved our first adventure on a narrow boat with them the same week last year.
We booked Hobby again which is perfect for couples is extremely comfortable and well appointed.
This year we finished the remaining half of the Brecon Mounmouth canal going south from the boat house to Pontypool, the scenery was stunning and we found this half of the canal quieter and relaxing with great pubs and walks along the way there and back with some beautiful and quiet moorings
We again got lucky with some amazing weather
I couldn’t recommend this company enough as the boats and staff are exceptional as well as being perfectly placed on the canal to either go north to Brecon or south to Pontypool.
I would recommend doing the canal in two weeks either together or as we did on two different trips, this gives you time to slow down and explore the local area from the boat taking in some stunning walks and stunning scenery
