点评：If you’re travelling in Sri Lanka, do yourself a favour and ask for Nuwan.
From the moment we met him, he was warm, accommodating, and effortlessly funny. What really set him apart, though, was how quickly he became part of the family. This wasn’t just a guide ticking off sites, it felt like travelling with someone who genuinely cared about our experience from start to finish.
He consistently went above and beyond. Whether it was adjusting plans to suit us, making sure we were comfortable, or simply checking in at the right moments, he made everything seamless. Most importantly, we always felt completely safe and secure wherever we went, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the trip.
The itinerary he helped shape was exceptional. Climbing Sigiriya Rock was unforgettable, Kandy was rich in culture and atmosphere, and the snorkelling tour was a real highlight. The whale watching experience was incredible, we were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins up close. We also saw an amazing array of elephants, which was a true once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Nuwan’s local knowledge really elevated everything. His food recommendations were spot on every single time, introducing us to some of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka. He also suggested experiences we wouldn’t have found ourselves, which ended up being some of the highlights of the trip. And there’s never any pressure if we want to do something else here will find a way. If we say no he doesn’t push he will follow our lead and suggest an even better activity to do instead.
Quite simply, Nuwan made our trip what it was. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched.
