点评：Upon entering the building we saw a clean, well decorated place. The decoration was fun, bright, clean and geared towards children (in the playing areas) and an American diner (in the restaurant section). We were the only diners there, just the two of us, and had to wait a while for someone to come seat us. Once sat the server came over for our order after about 10 minutes. She didn’t ask if we had any questions, just if we were ready to order. We did, and our food came out quite quickly. The halloumi burger was cold: the Jaleel jalepeno burger luke warm at best, but the fries weee piping hot. Not once did someone come to check if our food was ok. 4 employees were standing behind the bar at one point but no one Walz over. At the end of our meal no one was around and we could have literally walked out. We went to the bar to pay and eventually someone appeared. We told them about the halloumi burger and they took the drinks off the bill (but didn’t apologize for not checking back). Our dirty plates were still on the table when we paid and we were never offered desserts (I wanted the brownie but we gave up at that point and just wanted to leave). I am sure the place is tons of fun for kids, but it’s a pity that a place that could be a fantastic American diner (with a great menu!) has such lackluster service. We won’t be back for the food after this dining experience.

翻译：一进门，我们就看到一个干净且装饰得很用心的场所。整体的装饰风格有趣、明快又整洁，游玩区明显是为孩子们设计的，而餐厅区则有着美式餐厅的风格。当时只有我们两个人作为顾客，还等了一会儿才有人来带我们入座。坐下大约10分钟后，服务员过来为我们点餐。她并没有询问我们是否有任何问题，只是问我们是否准备好点餐了。我们点了菜，食物也很快便上桌了。哈洛米汉堡是冷的；贾利尔辣椒汉堡顶多只能算是温的，不过薯条倒是非常烫。自始至终都没有人来询问我们的食物是否满意。有一次吧台后面站着4位员工，但就是没人走过来。用餐结束后周围一个人都没有，我们简直可以直接离开。我们走到吧台去结账，过了好一会儿才有人出现。我们跟他们提到了哈罗米汉堡的事，他们于是把饮料的费用从账单上扣除了（但并没有为没有及时跟进而道歉）。我们付款时，桌上还放着没清理的盘子，也始终没人给我们上甜点（我本来想吃布朗尼的，但到那时我们已经放弃期待，只盼着赶紧离开）。我相信这里对孩子们来说肯定很有趣，可惜的是，这家本可以成为一家超棒的美式餐厅（菜单也相当不错！）的地方，服务却如此不尽人意。经历了这次用餐体验后，我们不会再来吃这里的食物了。
