Phantom tours that do not exist
Minister Tours的点评
点评：3rd time in Turkey visiting from the UK. Used this travel agency, Minister also known as sidetoursturkey.com, as they had a specific tour "canyoning" (tour description= The first stage of the program begins with a guided canyoning route where participants move through narrow canyon passages, shallow water sections and natural rock formations inside the canyon landscape) and rafting at Koprulu Canyon.
I also chose this company for a few other tours as they were generally a few euros cheaper than other companies.
However, after the expected lengthy transfer we waited quite a while before going in another minibus for a 2 hour drive around Tazi canyon.
On return to rafting centre I showed them the tour I had booked which they laughed and said did not exist and they had seen these phantom bookings before. They showed me my printed ticket from Minister that stated "Tazi Canyon". I phoned Minister who tried to blame the rafting company, and on speaking assured at the end of our rafting we would still go on our proper canyoning for 1 hour after our rafting.
This was a total lie as obviously the return minibuses are coordinated to leave straight after rafting.
Eventually they offered a 5 euro per person refund.
Given that we paid (3 adults and 1 child) 107 euros, and Minister offer a whole day rafting for 55 euros, I think 20 euros back is disgusting!
We wasted half a day driving about when for the same money we paid could have done the 5 in 1 tour including quad biking and dune buggy.
Whether Minister are incompetent or downright dishonest is the only conclusion.
They refused to own their mistake and stopped communicating.
They are plenty of travel agents for Side and Antalya that will take your money for some amazing tours, but Minister obviously have a different code of morals. NOT RECOMMENDED

在锡德和安塔利亚有很多旅行社愿意收取费用为你安排极棒的旅游项目，但Minister显然奉行一套截然不同的道德准则。不推荐选择此旅行社。
